Our world...
La progettazione degli spazi nel mondo dell’Hospitality e Food deve fare i conti con le distanze di sicurezza, il benessere del cliente, del collaboratore, e con il disegn.
Gli elementi architettonici in gara sono molti, uno in particolare per fortuna è diventato il must del momento: “green” e tutto quello che è ecologico ed ecosostenibile.
Ma non sarà solo “green” questo elemento importantissimo si sposerà con la tecnologia e con i materiali che troviamo in natura o ricicliamo.
L’utilizzo di piante e verde in generale ci aiuterà non solo per generare separazioni negli ambienti, ma anche per aumentare il benessere psicofisico delle persone riducendo lo stress e l’inquinamento in tutte le sue forme!
In queste settimane abbiamo seguito vari Forum sulla rinascita della creazione industriale, sulla progettazione della nuova “hospitality”.
Ovunque troviamo la voglia di creare ambienti “verdi”, dai materiali e la loro provenienza, al design e comfort cercato.
Tra le varie ricerche fatte, ci siamo soffermati sul marchio VAN DE SANT e la loro filosofia di progettare pensando alla sostenibilità, e a un’economia circolare, dove le risorse vengono mantenute il più a lungo possibile per poi essere riutilizzate nella fase di fine vita.
Ci è piaciuto molto il “guardare oltre”, l’uso di altri materiali anche per il desiderio di fermare una deforestazione non sotto controllo, e l’uso della plastica legata alla pulizia dell’oceano riutilizzandola ad esempio per le cornici dei mobili.

Un’altra storia interessante è quella di Plastic Whale, un impresa sociale Olandese con la missione di contribuire a ripulire le acque dei mari dalla plastica e attraverso i diversi partner sviluppa progetti e prodotti con l’utilizzo di materiali certificati e riciclati.
Cosa ne esce?
Con la collaborazione di un’azienda locale di mobili per ufficio hanno creato una linea composta da tavolo riunione, sedie, lampade ispirati alla forma di una balena come simbolo di speranza per un futuro con mari liberi dalla plastica.

Sono molte le realtà che si impegnano in progetti che portano un design sostenibile, e riciclabile.
Oggi ancor di più ricercati e valorizzati.

The design of spaces in the world of Hospitality and Food must deal with the safety distances, the well-being of the customer, the collaborator, and the design.
The architectural elements in the competition are many, one in particular has become the must of the moment: "green" and all that is ecological and eco-friendly.
But it will not be only "green" this very important element will marry with the technology and materials that we find in nature or recycle.
The use of plants and greenery in general will help us not only to generate separations in the rooms, but also to increase people's mental and physical well-being by reducing stress and pollution in all its forms!
In recent weeks we have followed various Forums on the rebirth of industrial creation, on the design of the new "hospitality".
Wherever we find the desire to create "green" environments, from the materials and their origin, to the design and comfort sought.
Among the various researches done, we focused on the VAN DE SANT brand and their philosophy of designing thinking about sustainability, and a circular economy, where resources are kept as long as possible and then reused in the end of life phase.
We really liked the "looking beyond", the use of other materials also for the desire to stop deforestation not under control, and the use of plastic linked to cleaning the ocean, reusing it for example for furniture frames.

Another interesting story is that of Plastic Whale, a Dutch social enterprise with the mission of helping to clean up the waters of the seas from plastic and through various partners develops projects and products with the use of certified and recycled materials.
What comes out of it?
With the collaboration of a local office furniture company, they created a line consisting of a meeting table, chairs, lamps inspired by the shape of a whale as a symbol of hope for a future with seas free of plastic.
