Da qualche mese lo studio CHD ha stretto una delle Partnership più interessanti con lo scopo condiviso di progettare e realizzare residenze private di lusso. Non è un compito semplice e se non eseguito alla perfezione diventa un vero e proprio incubo. Noi di CHD vogliamo regalare ai nostri clienti il loro sogno che deve essere in primis unico ed eseguito a regola d’arte, perché il lusso di oggi non è solo quello di essere circondati dai brand più titolati che possiamo ritrovare in altri ambienti simili, ma è quello di poter avere qualcosa di esclusivo e irripetibile, che altri non hanno. Andiamo a conoscere il fondatore e CEO di ICC: Marcello Prina.

Marcello Prina inizia la sua carriera nel mondo del luxury design in Poliform nel 2007 come Division Manager per il settore Contract. Ha lavorato a progetti internazionali guidati da rinomati architetti come Antonio Citterio, Patricia Viel, Piero Lissoni, David Chipperfield e Alberto Pinto, anche per importanti clienti del lusso come Ermenegildo Zegna, Hugo Boss, W Hotels, Mandarin Oriental, Alrov Group, Groupe Marzocco e hotel Hilton.

Dal 2016 è Direttore Generale di NYC Projects SA a Lugano e socio di Encotech SA, società di Construction Management con 30 anni di esperienza nel General Contracting.

Dal 2017 è consulente in Giorgetti per il Contracting.

Dal 2022 è fondatore di Insubriae Contract Couture (ICC), un organizzazione con un approccio olistico e inclusivo Made in Italy per il design internazionale con un team di 20 specialisti, integrando poi l'attività di Contracting.

Inoltre Marcello ha conseguito la laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale presso il Politecnico di Milano, e grazie ai suoi studi ha voluto creare un ambiente originale che ha chiamato Insubriae Contract Couture.

ICC è stata fondata per combinare il Made in Insubria Design & Contracting con le culture del design in tutti i paesi, per aumentare la consapevolezza con i clienti, per progettare e costruire le loro proprietà. ICC rappresenta flessibilità e internazionalità, con Partner in molti Paesi e in continua crescita. Oggi in collaborazione anche con le maggiori Università milanesi.

Quindi la risposta alla prima domanda, perché ho scelto ICC, diventa chiara.

Sono stanca di ambienti tutti uguali, dove il cliente non si identifica realmente ma diventa una copia già vista, una fotografia senza anima. Dove sta il lusso in tutto questo?

Essere tutti uguali non ci identifica, non ci rende unici. Nel significato di lusso la distinzione è protagonista. Raffinatezza, qualità ed eleganza non mi preoccupano…sono aggettivi presenti in ICC!

For some months now, the CHD studio has formed one of the most interesting partnerships with the shared aim of designing and building luxury private residences. It is not a simple task and if not done perfectly it becomes a real nightmare. We at CHD want to give our customers their dream which must first of all be unique and executed in a workmanlike manner, because today's luxury is not only to be surrounded by the most titled brands that we can find in other similar environments, but is to be able to have something exclusive and unrepeatable, which others do not have. Let's meet the founder and CEO of ICC: Marcello Prina.

Marcello Prina started his career in the world of luxury design at Poliform in 2007 as Division Manager for the Contract sector. Since 2017 he has been a consultant in Giorgetti for Contracting.

Since 2022 he is the founder of Insubriae Contract Couture (ICC), an organization with a holistic and inclusive Made in Italy approach for international design with a team of 20 specialists, then integrating the Contracting activity.

Marcello also holds a master's degree in Management Engineering at the Milan Polytechnic, and thanks to his studies he wanted to create an original environment that he called Insubriae Contract Couture.

ICC was established to combine Made in Insubria Design and Contracting with other Design Cultures, to raise Awareness with clients, to Design and Build their Properties. ICC represents flexibility and internationality, with Partners in many Countries and continuously growing. Today in cooperation also with the major Milan’s Universities.

So the answer to the first question, why I chose ICC, becomes clear.

I'm tired of environments that are all the same, where the client doesn't really identify himself but becomes a copy already seen, a photograph without a soul. Where is the luxury in all this?

Being all the same doesn't identify us, it doesn't make us unique. In the meaning of luxury, distinction is the protagonist. Refinement, quality and elegance don't worry me…they are adjectives present in the ICC!
